About VoxMap

VoxMap is a community needs map. People mark what their neighborhood is missing. Businesses, investors and local governments use it to spot real demand before they act.
⚠️ Data is indicative only. Marks reflect what community members report anonymously. For verified decisions, always visit the area in person. VoxMap is for awareness, not guaranteed statistics.

How it works — for residents

  1. Tap "Enable GPS" and allow location access.
  2. Choose one or more categories that your area needs most.
  3. A pin appears on the map at your location.
  4. Each category can be marked once every 30 days — data refreshes automatically.
  5. Please mark honestly — incorrect data misleads businesses and investors.

How it works — for businesses & investors

  1. Search any city, district or street in the top bar.
  2. Browse the map — bigger clusters mean higher demand.
  3. Switch to Heatmap mode for density overview.
  4. Use category filters to isolate specific needs (e.g. Pharmacy, EV Charging).
  5. Check Area Statistics in the right panel for top needs and top addresses.
  6. Verify findings on the ground before any business decision.

No account required. Your device is identified by an anonymous hash — the original ID is never stored. No personal data is collected. All marks expire after 30 days.
